A brand-new two-storey home in Willoughby, with the full structural design delivered for builder Mindco.
We engineered the project from the ground up — starting with the foundation system: a reinforced concrete slab, footings and a suspended floor over the lower level — then the structural framing for both storeys. The home is built using a light-gauge steel frame (the blue steelwork), a fast, precise and termite-proof system that's well suited to a tight suburban site.
Our documentation covered the foundation plan, slab and footing design, and the steel framing to both levels — all prepared to Australian Standards and ready for certification, so the build could progress smoothly on site.
