Box Hill, The Hills Shire — stepped terraces on sloping ground.
This project involved designing access and a series of retaining walls to form stepped terraces on sloping ground.
The engineering solution used a gravity wall system constructed from sandstone logs, providing both structural stability and a natural aesthetic that complements the local environment.
Retaining structures are civil engineering elements designed to stabilise soil at slopes or heights that would otherwise be unstable. We have delivered numerous retaining wall solutions across a wide range of sites throughout Sydney and NSW.
